What to Bring to Your Consultation
- Imaging CDs & Reports: Any previous MRI, CT scans, and X-rays along with written radiological reports.
- Medical Records: Discharge summaries, surgical notes, or physical therapy reports from prior treatments.
- EMG and Laboratory Tests: Nerve conduction studies and relevant blood tests.
- Medication List: Complete list of current prescription medications (especially anticoagulants and antiplatelet agents).
