Privacy Notice
This notice reflects the data the system actually processes. It must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before publication, and the data controller details must be filled in from Site Settings.
Data collected
Contact form (only when enabled): name, e-mail address, subject, message text, IP address and browser user-agent.
Admin login attempts: IP address, username, timestamp.
Admin activity log: user, action, IP address, user-agent, timestamp.
Session cookie: only for users signing in to the admin panel; removed when the browser closes. No cookies are set for visitors.
Purposes
Responding to enquiries, securing the website, detecting unauthorised access attempts and meeting legal obligations.
Retention
- Contact form messages: 180 days, then deleted automatically
- Admin activity log: 180 days
- Login attempts: 24 hours
Your rights
Under Turkish data protection law you may ask whether your data is processed, request correction or erasure, restrict processing and obtain a copy of your data. Requests are answered within thirty days.
Important
Do not enter health information such as a diagnosis, test result, medication or symptom into the contact form. Health data is a special category of personal data and is not collected through this form.
